updating again

Another few month past......aiyo why the time fly so so fast one......Now being a Clinical Instructor,it is much more work to do.I mean paperwork.There's a lot of political problem in my college which make most of us feelling like running away and join other college but still we didnt do so.We believed that the college will go back to its best management.A lot of stress factors I had when I work in this college.

First,I'm the youngest CI which ppl tends to bias.They dont believe in continous practice learning.They always have the thinking that only older ppl can only become CI or should I said perform.Dammm...that's why our country never ever grow!!!!! I dont understand them.Then how can a new CI start her job????When ever they ask,they always start to questions you a lot regarding how much experience you have....working here and now is also working experiences right???.....But not all of them think like that too.thanks for the support!

Second,no orientation.Hai....this is the worst as I can think of.I came in the first day working in the hospital as double shift with little briefing of where is the place and how the attendance of students.That's alll...Then what are the rest of the forms for????Well I go and find it out myself and made the standard!Then the second week I'm at the college with three other CI doing nothing.All of us three trying to beat the flies and mosquitos....hahahaha....gaji buta only...

Third,lecturing.They cant give me the exact time that they can send me for teaching methology.All they said is wait wait..I need to confirm with your upper ppl....whatleh!!!! Then they call me to help out with some lecture classes which I'm happy too as it is my learning process.It is quite fun teaching but the problem is ,there's no stardard procedures for all procedures.All lecturers are teaching the procedure according to what they learn previously and as I know it is not up to date.....hai...how can a college be like this one????? Besides no lesson guidelines for me to refer which I had to find it out myself............Then sometimes I go to work in the hospital and sometimes I come back for lecturing.....I have been feeling like a ball..throwing here and there.feeling like the backing up of ppl only...always wishing to god that I can be a lecturer!!!!!please hear my prayers!!!!

Fourth,working in the hospital.Well it is fun working in the hospital but it is the roster that makes me confuse.Thank god that my adaptation is good.All of us are not working at the same ward whenever students are posted in the hospital.that's the problem.We cant perform well enough for students for example:when we want to have some procedures going on,we cant find the things,end up CI and students are busy finding things rather than busy learning how this procedure should perform!hai.......
